Hi Natalie, were you able to make it through Stages 1 & 2? Use the chalkboards and NPCs for assistance, you can right click on an NPC and click "learn more" to launch helpful videos.

Robert, Here is the direct link to the Tutorial World Page, along with the download. https://education.minecraft.net/worlds/tutorial-world/ Are you wondering how to get into the world once you are in Minecraft: Education Edition? If that is the case, you need to import it, using the arrow pointing into the box and then searching for the tutorial world file. This is usually in your downloads folder, or wherever you have files set to download. Hope that this helps, Best, Mark G

"open" not "option" Sorry. I also just learned that you cannot edit replies and that adding instructional information on separate lines doesn't work in these text boxes. Punctuation is a necessity. Hope you can still follow my instructions clearly.

Minecraft Education homepage Select the Class Resources tab Select the "Find Worlds" option Select the "Tutorial World" Click on the link for this world and it will download to your computer. Have Minecraft Education option on your end. Click on the download and it will automatically open in Minecraft Education. Hope it helps! It worked for me!

The tutorial world is Super helpful! Thanks for including this!! I accidentally broke the ladder, but since I have my own little Minecraft gurus, they helped me discover how to fix that little snafu.

I explored this world today and it was so helpful. Thanks to the builders for thoughtfully planning an interactive way to learn.

we use this tutorial world to start off all of our training, most students don't need it, but the teachers seem to love it. They are learning basic controls so much faster with this tutorial world than if they had to simply play.

Another great resource is the Demo World, which has some great features for students and adults to play around with, like Logic Gates and Music with Note blocks. Check that world out as well. You spawn near a farm that is supposed to mimic the setting of Charlotte's Web. Hope you enjoy this resource as well. Best, Mark
