The ruins of the Temple
1)They will define the place of Armazi idol in the pantheon of Georgian gentile religion
2)With the help of idol’s description they will define the idol’s nature and function
3)They will have a discussion about Armazi Idol as a Georgian consolidation appointment
4)They will argue about King Farnavazi’s Religion Reform’s good and bad sides
5)They will discuss the times pf Armazi Idol’s raising and knocking down, with the help of sources they will try dating
6)They will assess and compare the religious situation in the times of Farnavaz and Mirian
Students will create the plan of Armazi’s 6 arc temple according to reaserch information in Minecraft. The accent will be made on the accuracy of archeological, architectural and historical facts. The results of archeologic research about Armazi Temple and Idol will help students on this direction. Students will pay attention on place toponymy, as historical source.
Students during creating Armazi’s 6 arc temple and Armazi idol in Minecraft will pay attention on the curves of resources which were used by old Georgians(Gold,Silver and etc.)
Students will write 200-250 words post-project essay, in which accent will be made on working in Minecraft, different historic sources details, also they will pay attention on how their attitude and knowledge changed about this topic.
