Emily's Quest
The first quest requires the students to move into a house and make it their own. They decorate it with slates showing who they are and what they like
Fred's Quest
The final quest has a choice of delivery. The students read all the information in another house and get to know that person.
Empathy
Your class may be just meeting for the first time in the school year or have been together for a while.
It is time to get to know them in a new interactive way!
Empathy Village
Empathy Village is a lovely little Village with many quaint but empty houses. You will spawn in the town centre. You will be making one of the houses yours and it will help represent who you are and help others 'walk in your footsteps' for a while.
Preparation
The map is a small village of twenty similar houses joined by paths. When you spawn in you will meet Emily.
The Quest
Give your students a random house. They can make slates in their house answering the following questions .
Who is your hero and why?
What is your biggest fear?
What would you change about yourself if you could?
What really makes you angry?
What motivates you to work hard?
What is your biggest complaint about your schooling?
What is your proudest accomplishment?
What makes you laugh the most?
What was the last movie you went to? What did you think?
If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be?
What's your favorite family tradition?
What is your favorite childhood memory?
What three items would you take with you on a deserted island?
What was your favorite subject in school?
What is your favorite game or sport to watch and play?
What would you sing at Karaoke night
Have you ever had a nickname? What is it?
Would you rather win the lottery or work at the perfect job? And why?
How would your friends describe you?
What are your hobbies?
Aside from necessities, what one thing could you not go a day without.
If you were ruler of your own country what would be the first law you would introduce?
Who was your favorite teacher in school and why?
Now the part which shows your student's respectful, empathetic nature. They are to talk about the person. They are to make the presentation to the class as though they are that person and wish to show the best of that person.
