What is the best way to deal with a company who has failed to meet your expectations?
Is the client always right? Or do you have the right to let them know how you wish to be treated?
Can the students listen to the needs of the Leopold family and translate them into real and timely solutions?
Can the students reflect on how they were spoken to on the work site and how they would feel in real life?
Can students empathize with the Leopold family and recognize that even with money families can have problems?
