2018 Global Minecraft Mentor Program Applications Open

We're excited to announce that the 2018 Global Minecraft Mentor Program application is now available! Below you will find an application to participate in the 2018 Global Minecraft Mentor Program. The main objectives for the Global Minecraft Mentor Program are to provide feedback on Minecraft: Education Edition and related products, support educators on their Minecraft journey, and connect with other like-minded educators to push game-based learning forward around the world. Why should you consider applying to be a Global Minecraft Mentor? If your application is selected, you will receive:

  • Direct access to the Minecraft Education team for product feedback and support
  • A Minecraft: Education Edition Mentor account
  • Advance notice about and early access to upcoming product releases (Note this level of access will require each Mentor to sign a non-disclosure agreement)
  • Priority access and selection for webinars, speaking engagements, and other opportunities
  • A super-duper exclusive badge on education.minecraft.net
  • Other double-secret surprises and delights along the way

We know that year to year, your priorities and level of interest may change, and we appreciate your commitment to the Minecraft community. The Mentor Program will require annual application to renew or join the Mentor Program based on continued involvement. Mentors are expected to support one another and educators along their Minecraft journey, and Mentors committed to this work will be welcome to renew their application each year.
